BOOKING Terms and Conditions – Bluebell Lodge Kippford

Please be assured if you cannot travel due to lockdown travel restrictions you can re-book within 12 months or a full refund on request

By booking with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions:

• 25% non–refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
• Arrival time is from 4pm unless otherwise agreed; departure is 10am prompt.
• Please vacate the property no later than 10am. This is to allow sufficient time for thorough cleaning and carrying out maintenance checks.
• The lead guest must be over 21 years. Only those guests who are registered on the booking form are permitted to stay in the lodge. The maximum occupancy of the lodge is 6. Over-occupancy of the lodge will immediately terminate your stay. 
• We accept couples, families and quiet small group bookings. The lodge is not suitable for parties.
• If, for any reason beyond our control the lodge is not available to let, all monies paid in advance will be refunded. We strongly encourage guests to take out Holiday Insurance for their own protection in particular, for cancellation cover.
• The owners reserve the right to gain access to the lodge for all reasonable purposes.
• Under no circumstances will the owners be liable for any accidents, damage or loss to guest’s property (including vehicles).
• For safety reasons smoking is not permitted inside the lodge or on the decking. Any guest breaching the ‘non-smoking’ policy will be asked to leave.
• Children are your responsibility. Please ensure children are supervised when using any appliance/facility in or around the lodge.
• The lodge is thoroughly cleaned and checked before your arrival. In the event you find any defective equipment please let us know asap. This will allow time for repair/replacement, and minimise any inconvenience during your stay.
• We accept accidents happen. Please inform owner of any damage/breakages before your departure so we can remedy the matter prior to next guests’ arrival.
• Towels are provided for personal use – please do not remove these from the lodge.
• Electric Vehicles - Please do not attempt to charge your car at the lodge. All meters are monitored. Any excess use of electricity will be charged and deducted from the bond. 

The above T&C’s form a legally binding contract between the owners of Bluebell Lodge - Kippford and their guests, applicable under Scots Law.
